Open=Arts=Contest Design New YESSS Home Image

Since my visual and graphic arts skills leave much to be desired, I'm sending out this call for participation to help me display the following idea/image on the YESSS home page:

Generally, let's collaborate on effective ways to display the practice of combining two fields of human endeavor with the emphasis on the "combining" activity.

My specific interest is to display an image or a set of images that feature "combining" the study of ecosystems with the design of gifts for future generations.

So far, I'm envisioning something like a pair of lenses that, when combined provide qualities of vision that are greater than the sum of the parts. I'm also imagining the more primitive practice of staring a fire by rubbing two sticks together to produce embers or by striking a flint-stone with another stone to produce sparks.
